Clinical Titles on Chart

Added two new print options in Service Configuration > Chart tab, under Print Settings; "Clinical Titles" and "ALS Provider Notice".

When set to "Yes", the print option “Clinical Title” will allow users to display the crew clinical titles next to their name on the top of the chart.

When set to "Yes", the print option "ALS Provider Notice" will allow users the option to display the "* designates an ALS Provider" message on their charts.

EMC-5381	Configuration - Unit Configuration - Does Not Work	The following fixes have been made: -All links in State Specific Configuration are working and displaying properly. -Now able to edit and save configuration tables. -Save and Cancel buttons are now working as expected. -CSS for Service, Configuration, Export has been fixed.

EMC-5270	Patient Records - Search Form - Custom Criteria Select	When searching by custom criteria for Patient Records, the criteria list did not allow selections. Cleaned up the layout and added dynamic functions that correct inputs.
EMC-5828	P1 - Crew - Not Populating From CAD Import	Fixed bug that prevented crews from importing from CAD.
EMC-5594	Gold - Service Demog Census Fix	Fixed bug that truncated leading zeros off the census tract in the service NEMSIS demographic setup.
EMC-5971	P1 - CAD Import - Error Page When Saving Page	Fixed bug that created an error after importing calls from CAD.
EMC-5577	emsCharts NEMSIS FLIGHT & TRAINING - P9 - Custom Signatures Error Message	Fixed error when switching between Custom Forms on Page 9.
EMC-5724	Data Validation - Widget - Being Cut Off	Fixed bug that cut off characters in the data validation drop down widget.
EMC-5632	Gold - Page 2/3 - Alcohol/Drug, Neuro Mental, Pupils, Motor, etc. defaults	Fixed Page 2 and Page 3 defaults, so that they display correctly on charts.
EMC-6042	Patient Page - Unable to save patient information(Using MS Edge Browser)	Saving new patients from the Patient page in charts is now fixed. Users are able to add new patients without getting an error message regarding the "Phone" input field as undefined.
EMC-6032	P7 - IV Number - No options available if an IV is documented in the Vascular Access Initiated Prior to Assessment section.	Fixed toggle icons on Page 7.
EMC-6036	P9 - Activity Audit - When clicking save, it now presents an error which wasn't there before	Fixed the saving error on Page 9.
EMC-5997	Gold- IE- Referring/Receiving Type Icon Does not Function	Fixed bug in IE that prevented Page 1 referring and receiving types to not operate appropriately.
