Legacy - Expand search options available to all fields

The HL7 Import Search available for hospitals and services was significantly enhanced to allow viewing of numerous output fields including: 

Dispatch ID, Local ID, PRID, HL7 Acct # (new), DT Disp, Brought in by code (new), Service, Diagnosis description, Chart Lock Date, Location, Receiving, Patient, Clinical Category, Dispo (Outcome), IH/Scene, Current QA Level, Attachments, Custom Forms, and Crew Members

The HL7 Patient Records search was moved to the Add Patient screen. Previously, this functionality required the user to first add a new patient.

Fixed an issue in the Exposure documentation that caused a validation rule to become "unclearable" when removing PPE values after having previously saved them.

Legacy - New Signature Dropdown Doesn't Allow Non-Crew to Sign

Fixed an issue related to the new crew signatures dropdown. Previously, non-crew members would be unable to sign the chart (such as QA or Medical Directors).
